This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds for products purchased from SurgIT LLC & it's Franchised locations ("we," "us," or "our"). By making a purchase from us, you agree to comply with the terms of this Policy.

 

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

 

2.1. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be returned within the specified timeframe outlined in this Policy.

 

2.2. Products that have been damaged or used by the customer may not be eligible for a refund.
